OCLC will replace any accessions list report that is inaccurate,
defective or undelivered due to the fault of OCLC for users who
notify OCLC of inaccuracies or defects within sixty (60) days of
receipt of such report, or of lack of delivery within seventy-five
(75) days of the posting of the report on the OCLC Product Services
Web, as evidenced by OCLC's record of such posting. Replacement may
be made by reproducing the report or, at OCLC's option, by requiring
on-line transactions by users with issuance of applicable credit.
